"I'm a new Christian and after 51 years I just now started to read the Bible. Last September, I ended up in the hospital after weeks of having health issues. They found 4 blocked arteries that required stents and it completely turned my life upside down and I ended up having a lot of anxiety. A friend of mine from work came to my house and talked about God.... I knew about God and Jesus and used to say, "When I get older I'll dedicate more time to God" but never did. Well, this last year I still wasn't doing what I should be doing as a Christian and I ended up back in the hospital with another blocked artery, and with covid right after that. I decided it was time so I retired and I've been going to church every Sunday and trying to pray everyday and doing Bible studies, but I got discouraged because I just didn't understand things. Then I got a chronological Bible which helped explain things a little better but I was still having trouble grasping things. Then I came across your site.... I would read a chapter in John, then go and read it again on your site with the commentary and questions and it helped immensely.... Your site has helped me so much in staying interested in reading the Bible and helping me understand things I don't understand, and answering some of the questions that I had. I came across other sites similar to yours but yours is straight to the point and doesn't keep going on and on. I have a short attention span and my mind wonders.
