Acts 13:27-32 Voices of the Prophets

Acts 13:33-37 "Begotten" Meaning
ACTS 13:27-28  27 For those who dwell in Jerusalem, and their rulers, because they did not know Him, nor even the voices of the Prophets which are read every Sabbath, have fulfilled them in condemning Him. 28 And though they found no cause for death in Him, they asked Pilate that He should be put to death.

To which "voices of the Prophets" (Acts 13:27) is Paul referring?
The voices of prophets like Isaiah, who prophesied that the Messiah would be oppressed, afflicted and killed (see Isaiah 53).

Who had "fulfilled" those Prophets' "voices" (Acts 13:27)?
The Pharisees and the "rulers" (Acts 13:27) in Jerusalem. Even though they heard the voices of those Prophets when they were "read every Sabbath" (Acts 13:27), they "did not know" (Acts 13:27) God and ended up being the ones to oppress and afflict Him, and manipulate "Pilate" (Acts 13:28) to kill Him.

ACTS 13:29-32  29 Now when they had fulfilled all that was written concerning Him, they took Him down from the tree and laid Him in a tomb. 30 But God raised Him from the dead. 31 He was seen for many days by those who came up with Him from Galilee to Jerusalem, who are His witnesses to the people. 32 And we declare to you glad tidings - that promise which was made to the fathers.

Who took Jesus "down from the tree and laid Him in a tomb" (Acts 13:29)?
Nicodemus (see John 3) and Joseph of Arimathea.

What "glad tidings" (Acts 13:32) is Paul declaring to them?
That the story didn't end with the slaughter of the Messiah; God the Father "has raised up Jesus" (Acts 13:33) "from the dead" (Acts 13:30).

Who are "those who came up with Him from Galilee to Jerusalem" (Acts 13:31)?
Jesus' disciples, who are "His witnesses" (Acts 13:31) of the fact that God the Father raised up Jesus from the dead (see Resurrection of Jesus).
